The platform

ScanSureX is a marketplace and reporting platform. Clinical services are delivered by the partner you book: the diagnostic centre, doctor, agency, pharmacy or vendor named on your booking.

Accounts

Sign-in is by one-time code to your mobile number. You are responsible for bookings made from your account and for keeping your number current.

Bookings and payment

A booking is confirmed when the payment gateway confirms payment. The price shown at checkout is the price charged. Unpaid carts hold nothing.

Prescriptions and medicines

Medicines are dispensed only against a valid prescription reviewed by a pharmacist. Orders that fail that review are not fulfilled.

Partners

Partners agree to hold the licences their programme requires, to keep listings and calendars accurate, and to the review and audit the platform performs.

We may change these terms; the date above records the current version.
