About this service

My Reports covers what you booked with us. The Health Vault covers everything else: the discharge summary from a hospital you have never used, the blood work from ten years ago, the scan from another city. You upload it, the vault analyses it, and when a doctor asks to see it you approve or refuse that request explicitly.

Check your plan
The vault is a platform product with monthly and annual tiers, each carrying a number of AI analyses.

Upload documents
Upload up to ten files as one batch — reports, scans, discharge summaries, prescriptions.

Read the analysis
Each document is analysed and summarised. The analysis counts against your plan's quota.

Handle review requests
When a doctor asks for access, the request appears in the vault for you to approve or refuse.

Keep it current
Reports from your ScanSureX bookings can be filed here so the timeline stays whole.

Good to know

The vault is its own service with its own session, opened from your portal login.
AI analyses are quota'd by tier; uploads beyond the quota wait for the next period or a higher tier.
A batch is at most ten files, enforced by the vault itself.
Sharing is per request and per patient approval — there is no standing access.
It is separate from My Reports: My Reports is ScanSureX bookings, the vault is your whole history.

How money moves

A monthly or annual plan, sold on its own

Vault tiers are priced separately from diagnostic packages and are held alongside them — buying either never cancels the other. Each tier includes a set number of AI analyses.

Questions

Is the vault included in my package?

No. It is sold as its own product precisely so that changing a package cannot disturb it.

Who can see my documents?

You, and any doctor whose review request you have approved. Nobody else.

What happens if I let the plan lapse?

Your documents stay yours; new AI analyses need an active plan.
