My Reports
Radiologist reports for the scans you booked with ScanSureX — free, and always the signed version.
Your recordsAbout this service
My Reports is the screen half of the report email. Every scan booked through the platform lands here: first an AI preliminary read, clearly labelled as preliminary, then the radiologist's signed final impression. It covers scans booked with us; the record across every provider is the Health Vault.
Worth knowing first
Reports for your ScanSureX bookings are part of the booking, not a subscription feature.
The preliminary AI findings are shown with their provenance and never presented as the final word.
The final impression carries the radiologist's name and the time it was finalised.
Step by step
Patient: You had a scan through ScanSureX and are waiting for the result.
- 1Open My Reports
Every scan you booked with us is listed with its appointment and its current reporting state.
- 2Read the preliminary
An AI preliminary read may appear first, flagged as preliminary with its provenance shown.
- 3Read the final impression
When the radiologist signs, the final impression replaces the preliminary as the report of record.
- 4Share it
Take it to your doctor, or file it in your Health Vault where it can be shared with consent.
Good to know
- Only scans booked through ScanSureX appear here. Records from elsewhere belong in the Health Vault.
- An AI preliminary read is not a diagnosis and is labelled as such wherever it is shown.
- The report of record is the one a radiologist has signed.
