What we do for patients
One account covers diagnostic scans and lab tests, video consultations with verified doctors, medicines from licensed pharmacies, trained nurses at home and medical equipment on rent. Every booking is paid online and confirmed by the payment gateway, and what comes back, a signed report or a prescription, is filed under your account.
What we do for partners
Eleven kinds of business run on ScanSureX, each in a portal of its own: hospitals and diagnostic centres, radiologists, doctors, nursing agencies, pharmacists, chemists, distributors, retail pharmacies, online pharmacies, equipment vendors and delivery partners. The platform checks licences where the law requires one, routes orders between them, and keeps an audit log of every state change.
Hospitals and radiology
Diagnostic centres send scans to ScanSureX for reporting. An AI preliminary read is generated first and labelled as such; a radiologist writes and signs the final impression, and only that signature publishes the report to the patient and back into the centre's own system.
A signed e-prescription for any registered doctor, in minutes
Doctors who are not on ScanSureX can still issue a prescription the platform stands behind. The ABDM Healthcare Professionals Registry confirms who they are; ScanSureX supplies the pad, the approved catalogue, the digital signature and the delivery. It is the same prescription, built by the same code, as one written in the doctor portal.
- 1Verify with the ABDM registry
Enter your HPR ID and either your HPR password or the one-time code the registry sends to your registered mobile. ScanSureX never sees the password; it records only that the registry confirmed you, how, and when.
- 2Describe the patient
Name, date of birth, gender, known allergies, and an email for delivery. There is no ScanSureX account on the patient's side; these details are sealed into the signed document.
- 3Write on the ScanSureX pad
Medicines come from the approved catalogue, with telemedicine rules applied. Diagnosis, dose, frequency, duration, quantity and instructions, exactly as in the doctor portal.
- 4Sign, download, deliver
The prescription is signed with your verified identity, sealed and given a reference a pharmacist can check. Download the PDF, and email the patient a collection QR for ScanSureX partner pharmacies.
What you can rely on
- Real registry verification only: no mock, no self-declaration
- Your HPR ID is never printed; the council registration number is
- One signing key per practitioner, shared with your doctor-portal account if you have one
- Every verification and every signature is written to the platform audit log
Where AI helps, and where it stops
Images from partner centres get an AI first pass so the radiologist starts from a draft, not a blank page.
Upload any report and get a plain-language analysis; a doctor can verify the summary and it joins your timeline.
A scannable code that shows a first responder what matters: blood group, allergies, conditions and who to call.
No report is published to a patient on an AI read alone. The preliminary label stays until a radiologist or doctor signs.

How we keep it safe
- Sign-in is a one-time code sent to your mobile. There is no password to leak.
- Payments run through Razorpay and a booking is confirmed only after the gateway signature verifies.
- Partners who need a licence, pharmacists, chemists, distributors and retail pharmacies, cannot trade until it has been checked.
- Every state change on the platform is written to an audit log.
Contact
Support for a booking, order or subscription is handled from inside your portal account, where the record is. Partnership enquiries start with the programme page for your kind of business.
