Partner programme · Apply, then we onboard you

Hospital or diagnostic centre

Apply to put your hospital or diagnostic centre on ScanSureX — then a guided onboarding takes you from an accepted application to a published, bookable centre.

Applying files an application. No account, no tenant and no charge until a ScanSureX administrator accepts it.
Apply, then we onboard you

About this programme

Every other partner signs up in a portal of its own. A hospital cannot, because its portal is created BY the onboarding it is applying for — so the application form lives here, on the public site. Submitting files an application and nothing more: no account, no tenant, no billing record. A ScanSureX administrator reads it, and acceptance is what opens your portal and starts the staged onboarding that ends with your centre live and bookable.

Worth knowing first

Apply without a contact

You fill the form yourself. You do not need a ScanSureX salesperson to enter your details on your behalf.

Registered is not accepted

An application creates no account and no charge. A person reviews it and you are emailed the decision.

Onboarding is staged and gated

Branches, integration, modalities, test mapping and rate cards each have to be genuinely done before the next stage opens.

Applying

You run a hospital or a diagnostic centre and want to join ScanSureX.

  1. 1
    Have four things ready

Organization name, city, official email and phone, and the modalities you run — CT, MRI, X-ray, ultrasound, mammography, PET-CT, DEXA, fluoroscopy. Nothing has to be uploaded yet.

  2. 2
    Say which you are

Hospital or diagnostic centre. The two are onboarded the same way but sign in at different portal addresses, so the choice matters.

  3. 3
Choose your sign-in email and password

The official email becomes your portal username and the password you set here is the one you will sign in with — once, and only once, the application is accepted.

  4. 4
    Submit the application

You get a reference code in the form SSX-XXXXXXXX and an acknowledgement email. Keep the code; it is how you ask about your own application later.

  5. 5
    Wait for a person

A ScanSureX administrator reads every application. There is no automatic acceptance and nothing is provisioned while it waits.

  6. 6
    Check where it stands

Come back to the form's status check and give both the reference code and the email you applied with. Either one alone will not answer — that is deliberate, so applications cannot be enumerated.

  7. 7
    Accepted — sign in

Acceptance opens your portal and the status check hands you the right sign-in address for your organization type. Onboarding starts there.

Onboarding your centre

Your application was accepted and you are working through the checklist in your own portal.

  1. 1
    Tenant created

Acceptance provisions your tenant — the account your branches, equipment, staff and pricing hang off. This is the first stage the platform records.

  2. 2
    Upload compliance documents

Clinical establishment licence, radiology certification and GST registration. This is the paperwork that was explicitly not required to apply.

  3. 3
    Configure at least one branch

The stage will not advance without one active branch. A centre with no branch has no place to send a patient.

  4. 4
    Configure integration

One default integration mode that is enabled, approved and validated — all three. How studies and reports move between your systems and ScanSureX.

  5. 5
    Declare your modalities

At least one active, verified piece of equipment. Verified, not merely listed — an unverified machine does not count towards the gate.

  6. 6
    Map your tests

Mapping starts once there is something to map: an approved product or a local test mapping. Your test names are matched to the platform's catalogue so a booking means the same thing on both sides.

  7. 7
    Build the rate card

At least one active rate-card line. B2B, B2C or both, depending on the channels you have enabled.

  8. 8
    Get the rate card validated

The hard gate: for every channel you enabled, every active line must be approved AND published. One unpublished line holds the whole centre back.

  9. 9
    Submit for approval

With the rate card validated, the tenant goes to ScanSureX for final approval.

  10. 10
    Approved, then published

Approval is the decision; publishing is what makes your centre visible and bookable to patients. They are two separate steps and only the second one goes live.

Good to know

  • Registered and accepted are not the same thing — submitting the form creates no tenant, no portal account and no charge.
  • One pending application per email address. A second one is refused and told the reference code of the first.
  • The status check needs the reference code AND the email it was filed with; a mismatch looks identical to no application at all.
  • Compliance documents — clinical establishment licence, radiology certification, GST registration — are uploaded in your portal after acceptance, not with the form.
  • Hospitals and diagnostic centres sign in at different addresses; the status check gives you the right one when you are accepted.
  • Go-live is blocked until every active rate-card line on each enabled channel is both approved and published.

How money moves

Applying is free and creates no billing record

There is no charge to apply and no account exists until an administrator accepts you. Commercial terms are settled in the rate-card stage of onboarding, and the centre cannot go live until every active rate-card line on every channel you enabled is approved and published.

Questions

How long does review take?
A person reads every application, so there is no instant decision. You are emailed the outcome, and you can check the status yourself at any time with your reference code and email.
I have lost my reference code.
It was in the acknowledgement email sent when you applied. The status check needs it together with the same email address.
Can I apply for two centres with one email?
Not while the first is still pending — a second application on the same email is refused and quotes the existing reference. Apply again once the first is decided, or use the branch setup in onboarding if they belong to one organization.
Do we have to do both B2B and B2C?
No. You enable the channels you want, and the rate-card gate then applies to whichever ones you enabled.
We were approved but patients cannot find us.
Approval and publishing are two stages. Approved means accepted; published is what puts the centre into patient-facing search.
