Cancellations and refunds

Scans and lab tests

Rescheduling and refund terms are the centre's or lab's, and are shown on its listing before you book. A rejected sample is re-collected by the lab under its own policy.

Doctor consultations

A consultation can be cancelled with a reason before the slot. The fee is refundable when the doctor does not attend.

Nursing care

The ScanSureX booking fee follows the platform cancellation policy; the care itself is billed by the agency under its terms.

Equipment rental

The deposit is refundable on return of the equipment in the agreed condition; rent for the period used is not.

Medicines

An order can be cancelled until the pharmacy accepts it. After dispatch, returns follow the pharmacy's policy and the law on returning medicines.

Subscriptions and platform products

Plans renew until cancelled from the patient portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period runs to its end. Credits do not expire and are not refunded.
