A package is bought once and then applies automatically at checkout for everyone on the account. Packages are built and priced by the platform and billed through the subscription service; you hold one active package at a time, and it never conflicts with the standalone products — Emergency QR and the Health Vault are sold separately and are held alongside it.
Worth knowing first
Discounts are applied to bookings automatically — no codes to remember.
The package covers the patients on your account, not just you.
Buying a package never cancels the Emergency QR slots or vault plan you also hold.
Step by step
Patient: You use the platform often enough that per-visit pricing has started to add up.
- 1Compare packages
Open Subscription Plans. Each package lists what it includes, what it saves and what it costs monthly or annually.
- 2Subscribe
Pay through Razorpay. The subscription activates once the payment is verified.
- 3Use it
Discounts apply automatically at checkout for scans and tests across the account.
- 4Track it
My Subscription shows what is active, what is left of any quota, and when it renews.
- 5Renew or change
Renewal is handled by the billing system; you can change or cancel from My Subscription.
Good to know
- One active package at a time — Emergency QR and Health Vault are separate products and are held in addition to it.
- Discounts apply to the patients on your account.
- Cancelling stops the renewal; the package runs to the end of the paid period.
How money moves
Packages carry a recurring price. The discount is applied at checkout rather than refunded afterwards.
