About this programme

Patients rent from you for weeks, not years, and the platform tracks what they have down to the individual unit rather than the category. Verification is heavier than most partner programmes — both your email and your mobile, then two documents, then approval — and every listing is reviewed on its own with a photograph before a patient can see it.

Worth knowing first

Unit-level tracking

Create a listing with a quantity and the units are created for you, each tracked through rental, return and inspection.

Deposits are held by the flow

The patient's deposit is taken at checkout and released after your return inspection.

Reviewed listing by listing

Approval is per listing, and a listing without a photograph cannot be approved.

Signing up

You supply medical equipment, in the vendor portal on port 3004.

  1. 1
    Register the business

Business name, GST number, address and mobile, with an email and password.

  2. 2
    Verify email AND mobile

Both, by one-time code. One alone will not do — the platform will not approve a half-verified vendor.

  3. 3
    Upload two documents

    Business licence and GST certificate.

  4. 4
    Get approved

An administrator checks that both verifications and both documents are in place, then approves. Nothing can be listed before this.

Day to day

You are listing equipment and running rentals.

  1. 1
    Create a listing

Rate, deposit and quantity. The units are created from the quantity — adding units later stacks on top rather than replacing them.

  2. 2
    Add photographs

At least one real image per listing. Admin approval is refused without one, however complete the rest is.

  3. 3
    Get the listing approved

Each listing is reviewed individually before patients can see it.

  4. 4
    Fulfil the order

Accept the paid order, deliver, and install and demonstrate where the equipment needs it.

  5. 5
    Mark it out on rent

The specific unit is now with that patient for the period they paid for.

  6. 6
    Handle extensions

A patient can ask to extend before the period ends, subject to the unit still being free.

  7. 7
    Collect and inspect

Collect the unit, record its condition, and release the deposit or deduct against what the inspection found.

Good to know

  • Both email and mobile must be verified — the approval gate checks both.
  • A listing with no photograph cannot be approved.
  • Creating a listing with a quantity auto-creates that many units; adding units explicitly stacks on top.
  • Deposits are released after inspection, not at collection.
  • Faults during a rental are yours to fix or swap; the patient reports them through the rental.

How money moves

Rental for the period, plus a refundable deposit

The patient pays the rental and a deposit at checkout. The deposit is returned after collection and inspection, less anything the inspection records as damage.

Questions

Can we set our own delivery area?
Yes — delivery area and installation support are stated on your listing.
Who decides a damage deduction?
You record the inspection; the platform adjudicates a dispute over it.
Can we rent the same unit to two patients?
No. Availability is per unit, so a unit out on rent is not offered again.
